Crossroads: What Must Happen Now? - Part 1

We stand at the crossroads of history right now.

Remember the events of the time three years ago now and an unprecedented time in history when the entire civilized world had been shut down by international forces on the basis of a magic spell - Sorcery? Pharmakeia. Witchcraft.

The vast majority of people were swept away with an illusion by means of hard-core deceptive propaganda of extraordinary numbers of dead people and a single cause (the “virus”). A major shift through a masterful psychological warfare campaign took us to a new level toward servitude and a new economic demise (called the international economic order). Nothing will be the same again and indeed, the stakes of life and (mostly) death have become more acute. Not because of the virus, but because of the “remedy.” The Covid vaccine!

We have a choice about how we will respond and what we will do as we survey the present day of digital currency and Open AI.

Choices

On the one hand, we can take the wide road in which we will have many fellow travelers. This will be the road of survival. They will comfort and reassure each other that this road is the right one. “We must conform. We must obey. We must make sure that no one gets out of line. We must be vigilant spies on each other so everyone conforms to the way chosen for us. It’s our duty because, you see, we don’t want to suffer like we are suffering now. No more lockdowns, no more shutdowns. Please. We want peace and we are all in this together,” they say. “Other non-conformists should be sacrificed for the common good – according to the voices of reason.”

On the other hand, there is the narrow road – the road less traveled (to coin a phrase). The handful of travelers on this road see through the lies because they sought out the truth. They have another set of characteristics too that set them apart from the crowd. They are the called and chosen of God and they are on a mission. They are the few with “an honest and good heart” who at all costs, even of their very lives and personal security, will hear the word of the Kingdom, “hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance” (Luke 8:11-15).

These are the servants of the living God of their fathers who love Him, obey His commandments, and speak forth the truth of what is right, just, good, and holy. They are not afraid to let the “light” of God’s truth shine forth.

Now no one after lighting a lamp covers it over with a container, or puts it under a bed; but he puts it on a lampstand, so that those who come in may see the light. (Luke 8:16)

They count their lives as no consequence but that they may finish the course of God’s calling in their lives.

Crossroads of Yesteryear

In America, there were many crossroads. Americans were at a crossroad in 1917 and WWI. Most of our ancestors believed a lie and got bamboozled into the war. Few spokesmen spoke against the lie.

There was a crossroad in 1929 when the Great Depression commenced through banker manipulation. Our People suffered terribly for four years and thereafter. Few statesmen were bold enough to expose the lie.

Then there was 1941 and the start of WWII. They were sucked into that war too pitting our People against one another.

Then there were the United Nations “police actions” in Korea and Vietnam and subsequent “war on terror” conflicts up until the present.

The majority believed the lies and the “Christian” clergy supported and defended the status quo. Pastors traveled the wide road as wolves in sheep’s clothing and well fed by the adoring majority. Dissenters were branded.

So much needless suffering, destruction and death of our People in the 20th century!

Our Crossroads

Each of us must decide how we will respond to this current crisis upon us. We have options. Wide road. Narrow road.

What is God’s call on your life right now? What would He have you do? What does the written Word of God say?

To find out we must engage in the process of seeking, like the Bereans in the first century who “were more noble-minded … for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily…” (Acts 17:11). The Bereans were on the narrow road.
